Leadership

Our leadership team serves the community by seeking God for vision and creating space for people to explore and express their faith. We are three interconnected groups in constant conversation with one another:

Our staff are devoted to leading the community by shepherding our ministry teams and tending to our week-to-week needs as we seek to live out the vision daily.

Our elders lead our community from a high-level, praying over vision and care for the whole. They meet regularly to discern where we are today, and where the Lord is inviting us next. Our elders also manage the operational side of running a church, such as caring for employees and crafting the yearly budget.

Our team leads make the vision a reality for specific ministries, and intercede on behalf of our people on a regular basis. They are people who offer their time and skills in a volunteer capacity.

Each person on our team is in process of learning how their unique stories, personalities and gifts posture them to contribute to the grander picture of what God is doing at City Beautiful Church.
