Leadership

Our leadership team serves the community by seeking God for vision and creating space for people to explore and express their faith. We are three interconnected groups in constant conversation with one another:

Our staff are devoted to leading the community through shepherding our teams and tending to our week-to-week needs as we seek to live out our vision daily.

Our elders lead our community from a high-level vision and care.

Our team leads make the vision a reality for specific ministries, and intercede on behalf of our people on a regular basis.

Each person on our team is in process of learning how their unique stories, personalities and gifts posture them to contribute the the grander picture of what God is doing at City Beautiful Church.
